By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, signing up for notifications, or making a booking with Sunrise Villa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Rates, Taxes and Charges

Sunrise Villa reserves the right to change published rates or charges before a booking is confirmed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policy and the payment method used.
Sunrise Villa will not impose cancellation or refund conditions that are inconsistent with the terms expressly communicated and accepted at the time of booking.
8. Check-In and Guest Requirements
Guests must comply with the check-in requirements communicated by Sunrise Villa.
Guests may be required to provide valid identification and other information as required by applicable Indian laws and regulations.
The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with applicable property rules and these Terms.
Sunrise Villa reserves the right to refuse accommodation where legally permissible if a guest fails to meet mandatory identification, payment, safety, or other applicable requirements.
9. Property Rules and Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat Sunrise Villa, its furnishings, equipment, facilities, staff, neighbours, and surrounding property with reasonable care.
Guests must not engage in activities that:

Endanger other guests, staff, neighbours, or property;

Where Sunrise Villa has separate house rules, those rules will also apply to guests during their stay.
10. Damage to Property
Guests may be responsible for reasonable costs arising from damage to Sunrise Villa's property, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other assets caused by the guest or members of their group through misuse, negligence, or intentional conduct, subject to applicable law.
Normal wear and tear will not be treated as guest-caused damage.
Where applicable, details of any security deposit or damage-related procedure will be communicated before or during the booking process.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their stay.
Sunrise Villa recommends that guests take reasonable precautions to secure valuables and personal possessions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sunrise Villa will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings where such loss or damage results from circumstances outside Sunrise Villa's reasonable control or from the guest's own negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
